Personalized prenatal visits, childbirth education, chest/breastfeeding education, birth planning, compassionate presence, informed advocacy, and personalized care throughout pregnancy and birth.  On call 24/7 from 37 weeks (or sooner.).

At Coastal Maine Doula and Integrative Health Services, the whole family is supported. 

Together, we will identify your personal goals, explore each pillar of health including sleep, relationships, stress resilience, movement and, of course, individual nutrition needs. You'll discover the joy of nourishing your body with foods that fuel and heal, as well as cultivating habits that empower you to thrive. 

Each week you will implement small action steps to take you further to achieving your goals.
